How do I book a tour with PB Travels?

Do I need travel insurance?

While travel insurance is not included in our services, we highly recommend obtaining coverage independently. It offers peace of mind and protection against unexpected events during your trip.

Are the tours suitable for all age groups?

Suitability may vary depending on the tour package. We encourage you to get in touch with us regarding the specific package you’re interested in, and we’ll be happy to provide detailed information.

Can I customise a tour package?

Our group tours follow a fixed itinerary and cannot be customised. However, we’re happy to organise private tours customised to your preferences for any of our destinations.

Do I need a visa to travel?

Visa requirements vary depending on your destination. However, for countries that do require a visa, we take care of the application process on your behalf to ensure a smooth travel experience.

What kind of accommodation is provided?

How big are the travel groups?

Group sizes vary depending on the package. For all our luxury tours, we intentionally keep the number of participants small to ensure a more exclusive and personalised experience.

What should I pack for my tour?

Packing recommendations vary depending on the tour. Our consultants will provide you with a detailed packing guide tailored to your specific itinerary before your departure.

Are there any free days during the tour?

Many of our tours include designated free time for shopping and relaxation. However, this can vary by itinerary. Please refer to the detailed itinerary for each tour, where any free days will be clearly indicated. Tour Packages

What happens if a tour gets cancelled?

If we have to cancel the tour, we will do our best to refund you. However, some costs like airline tickets and hotel deposits are often non-refundable, so it may not be possible to return the full amount.

If you cancel the tour, we require a non-refundable deposit for group tours. You can use this deposit for another tour with us if you wish. Please note that if you cancel within 30 days of the tour start date, the full payment will be lost.
