Booking & Payments
- 1st Payment (Deposit): To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of LKR 75,000 per person is required.
- 2nd Payment (Balance): The remaining balance must be paid 45 days prior to the departure date.
- Late Bookings: If the booking is made within 45 days of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
- Failure to Pay: If the balance is not received by the due date, PB Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to
admin@pbtravels.com.au.
- Deposits: All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellations (45+ Days): Forfeiture of the deposit
- Cancellations (Within 45 Days): 100% of the total package price is non-refundable.
- Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a tour, including accommodation, transport, or activities, once the tour has commenced.

- All prices are based on the selected room type and occupancy.
- The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic conditions, road closures, flight schedule changes, government regulations, or any other factors beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, adverse weather conditions, fire, accidents, mechanical failures, transport disruptions, flight delays or cancellations, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, epidemics, government regulations, immigration or customs requirements, or any other causes beyond our control.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they carry a valid passport, obtain the necessary visas (if applicable), and comply with all immigration and customs regulations of Thailand.
- Any additional expenses incurred due to flight delays, missed connections, personal emergencies, or circumstances beyond the tour operator's control shall be borne by the passenger.
- PB Travels reserves the right to amend the tour itinerary, hotels, transportation, or sightseeing arrangements with equivalent alternatives whenever necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the tour.
